Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. However, if you feel that an item is damaged or you didn't receive the product that you ordered, please contact us (through our website's contact page or email us at [email protected]) and we can work with you from there. If a damaged, defective, or incorrect order isn't reported to us within 2 days of delivery, refunds or exchanges WILL NOT be arranged. If a damaged, defective, or incorrect order doesn't reach us within 7 days after an exchange or reorder has been authorized, the original package will be returned to the customer without exchange, reorder, or refund. "Doesn't fit how I would like", "color not what I expected", "don't like the material', etc. are not acceptable reasons for returns.


Shipping & Processing Time

In addition to a 1 week processing time, that is used to hand-make your custom crochet piece as flawlessly as possible, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered to you. Orders go out every Monday. Please keep in mind that each piece is HANDMADE with quality in mind before time.


Tracking Orders

It is important to provide an accurate email address during the checkout process because tracking number will be emailed to you on the day that your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number by Tuesday evening, please contact us via our contact page or email us at [email protected].
